Nice topology as shown in preview images. Cup and handle were made with loop tools, not by modifying default object in Blender, I did not use any modifier or plugins. All images textures were made by myself. Make sure model looks realistic and light enough for making room scene in night time. Please note that the cup was made with self-emitting material, I did not change light position or adjust light strength during animation.

Only quad in model, no N-gons, no triangulates, no vertices with more than 5 edges, other standards also meet CGtrader requirement. Please see preview image, I also attached screenshoot for verification from Kodama. Total vertices: 384. Dimensions: 25.2 x 25.2 x 26.4 cm ( cup body),9.3 x 2.12 x 21.5 cm ( cup handle).

In Blender file, I already set up scene, light for simple animation, very convenient for noob to use. The light may be only display well when render with Eevee.

Avaiable formats: glb, obj, stl, fbx( both embed and no embed textures). UV maps, Image textures are in zip files.
