My final house plan. I have almost everything where I want it. Now to find a builder. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, flex room, L-shaped dining and livingroom and a corridor kitchen, which has a serving counter at the patio window. A covered porch is at the front of the house. This measures 76' X 52', so I would have to find a 100' wide lot. Maybe next year after chemo. This is one level with ADA built in for the future, plus it will be future wired for later electronic items, such as intercoms, whole house stereo, etc.
