PRIMARY FUNCTION:Commercial Project
INSPIRATION:I designed this Shopping Mall on the bases of symmetry concepts. I picked the form of spinner as This toy has been promoted as helping people who have trouble focusing or those who may need to fidget to relieve nervous energy, anxiety, or psychological stress. In the same way Shopping malls are not only places to shop; they also have become places for having fun and spending time.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:This mall introduces a new concept for urban living in Hyderabad, to provide an open, and green experience. This mall designed with environmental aspects in mind It has modern characteristics, which are evident in elements that were carefully selected to fit the function and the environmental factors, making this mall stand out. The circulation patterns were designed for the people to facilitate having a great time in the mall. The prominent contrasting exterior design fits the atmosphere.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:This is 4 story building with Basement. Basement use for parking and services, grond floor used for Large shops like furniture and also for administration and 1st floor use for medium shops 2rd floor also use for shops and 3th floor use for activity purpose like it has gaming zone, food court, theater.
