These models have real world scale (each one of them measuring 6.5 cm in height and 250 cm in length and width). The side walk unit can be copied and further lined up seamlessly as shown in the second preview image. It consists of two seperate, but grouped meshes: Side Walk and Side Walk_end. Exception: in the .ply-file they are all joined together.

By rotating the Side Walk_end by -90° it can be lined up with the other side of the Side Walk as well (result can be seen in the third preview image).

The given poly and vertex count includes both objects.

All used textures and maps are included: one texture / diffuse map, one normal map and one glossy map (invert for roughness). Each image measures 4096 x 4096 px. UVs are unwrapped and everything is named logically.
