This project is a simple wall-to-wall corner office tower, designed to maximize efficiency and vertical density within a tight urban footprint. The tower was fully conceived and modeled by me at a young age as an exercise in high-rise massing and urban integration.
The building reaches a height of 155 meters and consists of 43 floors, featuring a compact rectangular plan optimized for office use in dense city blocks. Its clean geometry and minimal façade expression make it suitable for CBD developments, financial districts, and infill high-rise projects.
The design emphasizes vertical continuity, functional floor repetition, and a strong corner presence, making it ideal for conceptual studies, architectural visualization, and large-scale urban proposals.
