This is a very small, simple and minimalistic asset set made for practicing.The models are optimized for games, come with basic textures and tested with Unreal Engine.

This set contains a house, fence, bench, clock, trashbin, shelter, bulletin board, streetlamp, mailbox and a tiny bird

It is my first fully made asset pack and I would love to hear some feedback and improvements.Thank you for downloading!
