This front garage model fits onto a 60'X120' lot. There are 4 levels. Upper level has a guest room and master bedroom, lower level has a rec room and hobby room, intermediate lower level is the entry, office and garage. Above that is a large storage room. This is the first model on the new Sketchup. My materials and components copied OK, but only one plug in showed up, although there are some more that I copied but did not show up for some reason. Real important ones. This has curb appeal wih the side loading garage that has a shed roofed bumpout in front. This also has a builtin work bench in the garage. There is a porch with a lavender front door, although that can be changed. Just edit the front door component. This is still buggy with several issues that make drawing challenging. Still up- a larger version of this house. Tabs make it easy to see the inside. Have fun, Bob
