I made a Smurf 3D Character with Blender 3D software. Few Mistakes here, But It's still good for use for cartoons and your other projects. Full-rigged with mixamo and you can upload it to mixamo.com and apply an animation that you like. End of a Hard Stuff. Hope you can use this for your projects...
