Assembles without glue or screws! This 25 cm tall, articulated hand features a snap-fit joint system, allowing you to easily build and pose it. The idea is also to have the articulation system at every connection point to click as it rotates and is being set in position.
FDM Printers:
Material: PETG filament is recommended for its strength and flexibility. Avoid using filaments prone to brittleness, like PLA Infill: 20-30% infill is sufficient for most parts. Supports: May be needed for certain joints depending on your printer and slicer settings. Layer height: 0.2mm or lower is recommended for smoother results, especially for detailed fingers. Printing temperature: Refer to your filament manufacturer's recommendations.
Resin Printers:
Resin: Choose a flexible resin specifically formulated for snap-fit applications. Supports: Likely needed for most parts due to the intricate nature of the hand. Layer height: Follow your chosen resin manufacturer's recommendations for optimal detail and strength. Post-processing: Wash thoroughly with the appropriate solvent and fully cure according to resin instructions.
