Set of 12 Cuban style tropical single family homes. Inspiration for these buildings comes predominantly form the older colonial areas of Santiago de Cuba and Havana. The houses can be found in areas with a more broken up built environment that is not too built up. The areas are typically historically wealthy areas. The colonial style of these houses can be found all over the Americas, as far down as Chile and as far North as the US.

The models were made specifically for use in videogames, and are therefore optimised for it. This means they are very low-poly and optimized with a 512x2048 pixel texture. Other use cases like visualisations or 3d printing are also possible with potentially a bit of altering the geometry. If you are unsure about your specific use case feel free to reach out to me!

Textures are based on png images containing:** diffuse/albedo, alpha, normal, specularity, roughness, and 5 different colormasks for recoloring the facade**. Textures are already set up and ready in the native .blend format so you can render or copy to a new file straight away.

All models and textures include a custom and easy-to-use name system these models are made for game design, some specific info on this: meshes are not manifold and might include ngons (if not triangulated) UV islands exceed the 0-1 UV-limit. They overlap as well to save space LoD's, collision models etc. are not included
