This is animated dynamic spiderweb with water droplets and the spider. Zip file contains blend.file. Mesh deform modifier is attached to the Spiderweb mesh and Cloth modifier is attached to another hidden mesh that is called Deformator so this Deformator bending the spiderweb. Simply press play button, grab the locator (spiderweb and deformator parented to the locator) and position spiderweb to any place of your own scene. Remember always press the play button before you want to move the locator.
