This is a Stair Package for the Railing and for the Steps for it. I will try to go in detail so you don't get confused.

The models is in a FBX. file but when you import the models are separate so you can move them individually.
There certain textures for certain objects the Texture named Middle Step Tex and Middle Tex Stair End make sure the Middle Step Tex is for the bigger piece for the step, and the Middle Tex Stair End is for the smaller TWO pieces.
The other models will be using RED_Wood texture for the rest.
