Use Sandpaper from 200 to 2000, carefully sanding down to desired finish through dry and wet sanding
Paint as appropriate using Primer and Spray Paint.
Use any type of Black Ink to fill the Ranks and Categories preferebly using a needle.

Using the Badge:

For using the badge, two way tape to a magnetic strip with one side adhesives can be used.
