My fanmade 3D model of the Sampson-Class starship seen in Star Trek: Picard Season 1 concept art.

The concept for this ship later became the Wallenberg-Class seen in the second episode of Season 1, Maps and Legends. The Wallenberg-Class ship was a tug-and-tow vessel built at the Utopia Planitia shipyards over Mars in Starfleet's effort to evacuate the Romulan people from their impending supernova. This ship was designed by John Eaves.
