The Wallenberg-Class was seen in the second episode of Season 1, Maps and Legends. This ship was a tug-and-tow vessel built at the Utopia Planitia shipyards over Mars in Starfleet's effort to evacuate the Romulan people from their impending supernova. This ship was originally designed by John Eaves as the Sampson-Class, which had a full saucer design. That ship model was later modified by the production and visual effects team of Star Trek: Picard to remove the saucer, leaving only the central wedge.
