You can rotate the door leaves around the hinges.

3ds max 2013, Corona Renderer . max, .fbx and .obj files included. There is also Vray version. FBX and OBJ files may not contain proper materials or modifiers.

Real-world scale (scene units - mm). Scene objects and materials are properly named.

The doors are compatible with my other 3d model - steel windows. You can use both models in one interior/exterior scene or create complex partitions.
