Description

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 7 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Minneapolis former fire station 6, built in 1931 at 13th Street and Yale Place is no longer standing. It was a large 5-apparatus door station with rigs running out of all 5. Engine 6, Engine 26, Ladder 11, Rescue 1, and the Chief of the First Battalion. It was quite a sight to see when the entire station 'dumped' out on a run. Typical of many Minneapolis stations of the period the station featured bi-folding apparatus bay doors.
