Low poly tileable city suburb block model for games, educational, visualization and other purposes.Scene includes very simple houses, roads, sidewalks, cars, plants etc.Made with Maya 7, clean topology, no N-gons, mostly quads and just few triangles.UV mapped and fully textured, unwrapping done with overlapping, rendered with V-ray renderer in 3ds Max, render scene with HDRI map included.Maya 7 (.ma, .mb), OBJ (.obj with .mtl), 3ds Max 2009 (.max) and Autodesk FBX (.fbx) format included.FBX and OBJ are directly exported from Maya.Polygons: 4096 quads/ 7870 trianglesVertices: 4540Edges: 8207UVs: 10012Everything in scene is easy to modify, polygon count can be reduced or increased by deleting or adding new elements.Model is mapped on single 2048×2048 pixels texture map. Texture in two formats (.tiff and .jpg) is included.
