This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Balaenoptra class ships were developed by the Free Trade Federation prior to the Factions War. Over 500 were built before the war. These tankers were pressed into service for the war effort and were outfitted with defensive turrets to fend off small threats (I will modify one adding weapons to represent this, coming soon). Not only capable of skimming gas giants, it is also equipped with a refinery to process the fuel into a suitable grade for all ship types.
