This apartment house is one of a 5-building complex excluding the clubhouse which would be a 6th building. Just this typical building is included in this model. The house has 36 apartments divided among 3 floors and there are 3 varying floor plans to chose from. There are studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. You'd get some good closet space in each plus each unit gets central air. The boilers are in the clubhouse and the tenants do not have to pay for water. The efficiencies go for $480, 1-bed go for $560, 2-beds are $669. The prices aren't terrible and the complex is near the fitness club, a grocery mart, and adjacent shopping plaza as well as near one of the high schools. The front door is sandwiched between two studio apartments instead of 1-bedroom... which are above.
