All textures are seamless and can be tiled without any noticeable repetition. The color and settings of all masonry types match each other perfectly. The materials and maps have logical English names. The materials are unified with each other, allowing users to replace or supplement one material with another, knowing that the color and texture will match exactly.
Users can edit Tiles and seams separately by using the Mask texture.

**It should be noted that there is no tile geometry in the archive - users purchase a set of textures and customized materials. In 3D max files, there are only simple Planes which materials are superimposed on them.
**For users working with V-Ray versions lower than 3.1, be aware that the materials include Microfaset GTR (GGX) in the BRDF section. If your version is older than 3.1, the BRDF field will be empty, so choose Blinn, Phong or Ward, whichever is preferable. For Corona Render, it is recommended to install a version not lower than 1.5, since the Glossiness of materialsis configured with PBR in mind.
