This pack contains a lot of modern buildings from Tokyo and Japan. Names are in the video preview wich was made on Roblox itself ! Those models are low/mid poly and almost all of them are in 2 lods (level of details). Its optimized for Roblox so all meshes will never exceed 9.9k triangles. So bigs and detailled buildings are splitted properly for Roblox but are also avaiable in one mesh / each for Unity / Godot / Unreal.

Like always, a single color palette is used as an unique texture for all my low/mid poly models. Since it use a simple color palette, its very easy to do color variants on Blender. If you are not familiar with Blender and if you need more color variants for your game, you can send me a mail and i will do extra color variants for free.
