Notes :

Included 2 versions, the color and cartoonish render
No need to adjust anything to get the cartoonish effect, just hit F9 to render the scene of TomCartoon.max.
The cartoonish effect only works in 3dsMax 2015, haven't tested it yet with earlier or later version of 3dsMax.
No textures applied, just using basic color for whole objects, you may change the color to get another character version :)
