Model of a nice toy car. It consist of several pieces:

Body
Wheel (x4)
Axle (x2)

The body and wheels materials are subdivided in the same way as shown in the renders. Though they may not look exactly as in the previews, it shouldnt be difficult to modify them according to your liking. The MAX and SolidWorks files are subdivission ready. I just made a default poly subdivission for the rest of the files, probably not the best subdivission out there but might come in handy.
