*This is a dimensional accurate 3D model of a center console arm rest of a Toyota Corolla KE70 car. *

This particular part is extremely rare to find due to the age and how few cars this option was fitted on KE70 cars. Hence I was able to find an original arm rest of a KE70 and reverse engineered from that to come up with this 3D model.

There are 3 main components to this 3D model. They are as follows.

Arm Rest Base
Hinge
Elbow Pad

Shown in the actual part images are 3D printed in ABS material and the Arm Rest Base was printed in 6 different sliced pieces and plastic welded it back together. Those 6 different sliced pieces of STL files are included in the .rar file attached. They were sliced so that the print would have the minimum amount of support material and to have the maximum strength. Moreoever, this enire 3D model can be printed in most common 3D printer volume sizes such as 220x220x250mm.

The arm rest hinge mechanism is different to the original as the design was altered for the convenience of 3D printing. Therefore, metal rod insert, nut and bolts will require in fitting the hinge mechanism to the arm rest which will be straightforward. Moreover, 2 holes required to be drilled through the Arm Rest Base to align with the 2 holes of the Hinge part to be fitted with nuts and bolts.
