This is a Sheet metal model designed with 3mm tick Aluminium. The spacer is aluminium too but you can use Delrin as well.In this model you have to cut the sheet metal with a router or laser cut machine. Then you need to bend it at the relevant points.

The tail tidy is designed for 2020 - 2024 Triumph Speed Twin 1200, I am not sure if it is suitable for other years.You can use the OEM license plate light, you will need two M4x10mm screw for mounting it.
