This Tudor House was modelled in 3ds Max and comes in MAX, FBX and OBJ formats.

It uses two 4k texture maps, one for Diffuse, one for Opacity.

Everything was hand painted, including the flowers in the planters, tiling stone work, plaster etc.

Windows have fake silhouettes of curtains painted on.

Low poly style similar to Fortnite.

The model has overlapping UV's for efficiency that can be easily swapped out for alternate versions. For example the bottom highlight on all windows is in the same UV position, changing one will change all.

The model is roughly 3k polys with all quads and tris topology.

All window shutters can easily be opened or closed, simply detach, move pivot to inside edge and rotate with angle snap, I believe they were opened by 55 or 60 degrees.

Renders were taken in 3ds Max with the Arnold Render and a simple Arnold Skylight.

Also contains the original build file from Max where you can change the style of some beams. Some have symmetry modifiers on allowing you to change between the number of beams on opposite sides of the house simply by clicking the flip checkbox.
