You Can Offer Any Price You WantI have been working as a 3D modeler since 2014 and have gained significant experience in this field at the age of 22. Currently, I am working on creating low-poly models of every building in Cologne and plan to upload a model every day. However, to continue this project, I need a powerful hardware, which I cannot afford at the moment. Therefore, I am requesting support from anyone who is willing to help me out. I will be extremely grateful for any contributions.
I aim to make these models as detailed as possible while keeping them low-poly and compatible with Unity. All models have real-world dimensions and PBR textures (2k preview textures) that can be changed if necessary. The models are mirrorable, compact, and come with other compatible files in the ZIP file for other Metaverse or Digital Platform compatibilities.
I have developed a technique I call Quickly Modelled Low Poly Asset which involves avoiding redundant polygons, using PBR assets and normal maps instead of geometries, keeping the model as simple as possible while staying loyal to the original, making buildings mirrorable, and avoiding interior modeling (parallax mapping or reflective windows can be used instead).
