This is a V8 engine with 4 different configs config 1 has no turbos, config 2 has twin turbos with fender exit exhaust, config 3 has twin turbos with normal exhaust and config 3 has twin turbos and turbo exit exhaust. there are previews in Cycles and Eevee render engines from blender.

Model was made by me in blender V2.80 Please give credit if you plan on using in your own project
