VDB Fireball Smoke Trail - 120 Frames | Fast & Loopable

Note: I worked with these vdb-files in Blender but you can import these at any other 3d software that allows to work with vdb's. The files are in the vdb-folder.

The 120 frames-long fireball sequence has a fast motion and a seamless transition. That means, you have the option to make the loopable VDB sequence as long as you want. The sequence is also ready for the VDB Loops Addon!

Linen Fireballs

Fireballs made of linen which were shot with catapults, were incendiary weapons in the Middle Ages. They consisted of linen cloth soaked in flammable liquids such as pitch or oil.

The fireball was designed with great attention to detail and textured in the substance painter to achieve realistic results in the 3D workspace.
