This building is of reinforced concrete (RC) construction. It has four floors, each with a height of 3.0 meters. The building spans 30 meters in both the long and short directions, with column spacing of 500 millimeters. The distinctive features include the use of Vierendeel truss and the ability to achieve long spans.This 3D model is an original creation of mine based on my own knowledge and research.
