This is a simple ceiling fluorescent light fixture, intended to be vintage 20th century. It's the sort of thing you'd see in a post office or school in the last quarter of the century. It is relatively low-poly, owing to the simplistic nature of its construction. Included is the texture files necessary to make it work, as well as the Shader materials made in blender, which can be used if intended for a render.
