Bolshaya Ipelka is a shield volcano in the southwest of Kamchatka, on the western extension of the Balaganchik ridge. The volcano is located west of the Tolmachev Dol depression, between the Karymchina, Plotnikova and Udochka rivers. Not far from the volcano is the cone of the Opala volcano. Height - 1139 m. Base diameter - 35 km.
