About this car:It is a rare model produced and sold in Brazil by Volkswagen, in partnership with Ford, in the early 1990s.

It stands out for being a sedan version of the Ford Escort MK4. Ford also released its own version of this car, named Verona, around the same time. Both models, Vokswagen Apollo and Ford Verona, coexisted simultaneously in the Brazilian market.
