The Wästberg Chipperfield w102 table light references an archetypal personal desk lamp for home or office use, and seeks to offer a fresh interpretation of the familiar on a domestic scale.Architect David Chipperfield's intention was to create a simple form with a clear distinction between a base , a single arm and a lamp head. This Wästberg table lamp has no visible joints and tilting directional movement. The w102 table light is crafted from solid brass or blackened steel. It features a dimmable, warm white LED light source, with optical lenses and glare protecting diffuser. A ball bearing construction enables very smooth rotation between upper and lower base parts.
