Low poly but quite detailed model of the Wako Department Store from Ginza, Tokyo, Japan.

Close to real scale. Some decorative elements have been simplified, the back side and roof is approximate.

In real life it houses a Seiko store, but the logo has been removed for this model.

Includes different meshes for the ground floor - one with closed shutters, the other with glass windows and a storefront display interior.

Non-PBR textures - 512x4096 diffuse, normal, alpha.

NOTE: If some meshes are invisible on import - make sure to check transparency/opacity values, or recreate materials, or reassign alpha maps.
