These files contain about 53 different meshes although some of them look similar. Mainly the walls and the Bars look similar, they are to be different in 0.1 to 0.3 meters. Its because there are different floors and because the thickness of the walls are about 0.3meters, so you are more free to build own buildings.
You can find all of the meshes in a single .blend file, all origins are arranged, materials assigned and uv mapping was done. Also you can find them in fbx.format in the .zip file and also the textures I used for the images in a .zip file. I have tested all of these files in unreal engine 4 and it worked fine, but some of them have degenerated tangent bases and nearly zero bi-normals. I guess with a little bit of knowledge you can fix these problems. You can only use the fbx.files and the textures files in unreal engine 4.
The textures and both files are for free and have a royalty free licence.
