Textures are 4096 x 4096 with some Clean / Dirty / Mixed variations.
Textures are Unreal PBR (DirectX) format, Rough-Metalness.
Texture are TARGA files.
Zip file containing FBX 2013, Triangulated Meshes.

All props are optimised and performant for any platform. LODs can be easily generated in Engine.The Unreal Engine package is also included where all LODs and Collision has been setup.

Textures are Designed for Unreal, so if you want to use with Unity/Maya or Blender, you need to invert the Green Channel of the normal Map.Extra files will be added soon. Feel free to request conversions.

If you are using a later version of Unreal, you can simply open the package in Unreal 4.19 and then 'migrate' the files over to your project (as long as the move to a project of a higher version of Unreal) Future versions will be uploaded to Gdrive and can be made available on request with Proof of purchase.
