This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a real life grocery store in Harrisburg, Pa. This store houses all of your grocery and pharmasutical needs. Enjoy a cup of coffee at the Market Cafe. There is even a children'r play house! Okay, that's about the interior. This model is currently just a shell (Phase I) Also, the roof is simplified. HOWEVER, though none of the interior was created, you may still use this for your cities. Just unlock the baseplate and erase. For this model, phase I, the loading dock still is to be added however, the ports are all there. It will all be done but at a later time. I hope you enjoy this store. It was a lot of work and a thanks for a friend on Youtube for the idea. I learned a whole lot in commercial design here. Enjoy and please rate :)
