Usage Notes
Primary Models (_low):The _low variations are the primary models intended for rendering and general use.All baked textures correspond to the _low models for accurate shading and material alignment.
Modifier Stack:Keep the modifier stack active when using the model, as all baked textures were created with modifiers applied.Disable only the Triangulate modifier when capturing wireframe renders.
High-Poly Models:_high models are included for baking high-detail textures or creating your own custom materials.These versions are also suitable for 3D printing — for example, the wheel nut _high model features physically modeled threads with a 0.1 mm clearance.
3D Printing:To 3D print, either use the provided .STL file or export your own from the included .blend file using the M12x1.5_high collection (intended for baking or printing).Be sure to remove the Subdivision Surface modifier before exporting for optimal mesh performance.
Recommended Workflow
Import _low objects as linked objects or append into your own projects.
OR
Open the .blend file and select the _low model for rendering or texturing.
Apply all modifiers (except Triangulate, if you plan to take wireframe screenshots).
Import the baked textures into your renderer or game engine using the _low mesh.
Use the _high model only if you plan to rebake your own textures or prepare geometry for 3D printing.
Export final renders or print-ready files once materials and scale have been verified.
