From the shots with all models. It comes in 3 areas.

Mid area: HD version which uses more materials and textures

Right area: Optimized version with less materials and less textures

Left area: Extra meshes, separated in-case needed. Things like rope meshes, or bases. Just in-case you need to use these for something else maybe.

Each model you see is 1x mesh. Some are joined, some are separated. For more flexibility. I also added individual posts and pre-made fences with joined meshes.

Poly Count aim: Mosty low to mid poly

Models range from [Each, low - max]: 12 to 3386 Tris

UV Unwrapping: Manual for most things. For the models I sculpted each individual wooden post and baked it into a low polygon mesh with a clean adaptable UV unwrap. The ropes are overlapping, uses a seamless texture which I made in Substance Designer. Models textured in Substance Painter.

Several meshes are joined for easier usage, some may include multiple materials

Pivot at generous location for easy placement. Placed mostly in a corner, floor level
