For good light and shadow effects activate ambient occlusion and bloom in Blender.

Bloom settings: the threshold is set to 0.000; the knee is set to 0.431.

Axe is UV unwrapped and contains image and materials.

.fbx and .obj files transit axe's both texture and material correctly.

For normal texturing, axe's texture and blender file must be into one file.
