Additional information
This 3D model pack represents the classic EMD F7 diesel locomotive, designed for modelers, animators, and prototyping enthusiasts.

The pack includes:

2 Locomotive shells (no interior): Both are faithful exterior representations of the iconic F7.

-Shell Variant A: rear door with round window.

-Shell Variant B: rear door with square window.

2 Structural frames (chassis/underframe): Both provide robust support for the shell and bogies.

-Frame Variant A: with front bumper recess for a knuckle coupler.

-Frame Variant B: without recess, for a clean frontal look.

Two bogie variants:

-Bogie V1 (standard version): without cable routing holes, ideal for static visualization and scale models.

-Bogie V2 (motor-ready version): split axle design prepared for electric motor adaptation, with three pre‑designed cable routing holes (two for each axle and one through the bogie structure to connect cables up to the chassis).

-Both bogies include a small hole at the top (in the section that fits into the chassis opening), designed to accommodate a securing pin that locks the bogie to the chassis. This pin is included in the file.

2 Integrated versions (complete assembly): Ready for quick visualization or direct 3D printing.

-Integrated Variant A: full locomotive with bogies and chassis, matching the shell with round window.

-Integrated Variant B: full locomotive with bogies and chassis, matching the shell with square window.

Six wheel/axle variants:

-Wheelset V1: 4 wheels with holes designed only for the axle to pass through, plus 2 axles included per set.

-Wheelset V2: 4 wheels separated individually with short axle segments, intended for electric motor adaptation. Each wheel includes an internal hole of 2.0 mm diameter to fit pancake motor shafts or geared coreless motor axles.

-Wheelset V3: 4 wheels and 2 axles provided as two solid assemblies. Each assembly consists of 1 axle with 2 wheels attached. These assemblies have no holes and are designed for bogies made of flexible material (the bogie edge must be slightly bent to snap them into the structure).

-Wheelset V4: 4 wheels with holes designed only for the axle to pass through, plus 2 axles included per set. The wheels are dimensioned for TT track with a back‑to‑back of 10.5 mm, tread width of 1.45 mm, and flange width of 0.7 mm.

-Wheelset V5: 4 wheels separated individually with short axle segments, intended for electric motor adaptation. Each wheel includes an internal hole of 2.0 mm diameter to fit pancake motor shafts or geared coreless motor axles, while maintaining TT dimensions: back‑to‑back 10.5 mm, tread width 1.45 mm, and flange width 0.7 mm.

-Wheelset V6: 4 wheels and 2 axles provided as two solid assemblies. Each assembly consists of 1 axle with 2 wheels attached. These assemblies have no holes and are designed for bogies made of flexible material (the bogie edge must be slightly bent to snap them into the structure). The wheels follow TT standards with a back‑to‑back of 10.5 mm, tread width of 1.45 mm, and flange width of 0.7 mm.

Model dimensions (without couplers):

-Length: 133.97 mm

-Width: 28.15 mm

-Height: 37.94 mm

-Approximate scale: ~1:115 (based on real EMD F7 dimensions: 15,240 mm length, 3,100 mm width, 4,600 mm height).

This scale places the model between TT scale (1:120) and HO scale (1:87), making it suitable for custom projects but not tied to a strict commercial modeling standard.

Notes:

-None of the bogies include wheels and axles mounted. Wheels and axles are provided as separate parts.

-Wheelset V1 includes holes only for axle insertion; Wheelsets V2 and V3 are solid parts without holes.

-Each wheelset file (V1, V2, V3) contains 4 wheels. Wheelsets V1 and V3, also include 2 axles per set, forming 2 complete assemblies.

-Wheelsets V4, V5, and V6 are the TT versions of V1, V2, and V3 respectively. They are designed specifically for TT track use (1:120 scale) with correct wheel dimensions (back‑to‑back 10.5 mm, tread width 1.45 mm, flange width 0.7 mm). No rescaling of the complete model or bogie modification is required.

-Each wheelset file must be printed twice to complete the locomotive.

-The bogie file contains only one bogie; it must be printed twice to complete the locomotive.

-Motors are not included in this pack. Buyers can adapt and install their preferred motor system.

-Couplers are not included in this model.

-This pack offers both separated components for advanced projects and a fully assembled version for quick visualization, making it versatile for different user needs.
