I couldn't include every single item in the club it is way less dense than I'd like it. The Zip includes models exported for substance _low & _high. Spp files (substance painter files) are included too. The fifth .blend is the most up to date, I saved backups along the way.

Based on The Adventurers Club. Inside are a main salon full of old decorative adventure equipment. There are statues and masks inside.

The Library has a fallen piano on the stage where people could also sit around a ship in a bottle at a bar.

You have to look so exhaustingly close, but on the ship on the colour map I put in a font gm_adventurers as a nod to Brerben, the creator of the OG high quality map on gmod. It feels so liminal like the club is trapped in time.
