The material is stored in a tray and picked up by a manipulator. By controlling the tension of the insulating film and the speed, hardness and pressure of the roller to ensure that the insulating film sticks to the surface around the cell; the rubber roller mechanism is pushed by the cylinder to complete the folding and sticking of the insulating film. After completion, use the manipulator to put back the blanking tray.
