Model carries normal map patches and skin morph targets on the joints which are triggered by reaction manager to render more aesthetic look .
First make sure that 'system unit setup' is set to meters and 1 unit is equal to 1 cm.

Rider's hand , leg and pelvis controllers are linked to bicycle controllers so you don't need to animate it additionally . They will take their action from the bicycle , but you can still add extra movements to enhance the look .Please see 'HowTo' file in folder .
Bicycle uses a nurbs curve as a path . Wheels detect this path and adapt the rotation along the distance traveled .
Max Script 'matchWheelRotation.ms' will automatically do it for you (just by drag and drop it in your scene).You can animate them manually if you want to .
