The UNSC Charon Class Heavy Frigate inspired by the human war ship from Halo. The Charon Class was designed by the same manufacturer as the Paris Class Heavy Frigate model, using the same compartmentalized assembly of parts but with a larger hanger and fewer armaments'. Its larger hanger and stern section can accommodate more deployable assets, such as tanks, vehicles, dropships, marines, and a small launch bay for a squad of ODSTs; due to its heavier weight and lesser firepower, the Charon class is slower than the Paris Class and in turn, best used to support the deployment of large ground side forces.
