Animated Flags 500+ frames, Loops seamlessly.
Animated water materials, dripping fountains and splashes.

Combination of jpg, png textures along with Cinema 4D created materials for solid colour walls and floors.

Textures include masks, normal, occlusion, bump, alpha, reflection, specular and luminance maps. Some textures such as bricks, grass and roof tiles are all seamless.
360 sky map is also included.

Instances of repeat models such as street lamps are used as much as possible to keep poly count down.
MoGraph is used also only for flag placement and randomness for hanging basket flowers.
