Classic Mini Air Conditioning/ heater vent

This include all the parts required to make a complete AC vent for a Classic Mini. The design is reverse engineered from an original AC vent of a Classic Mini and it is fully adjustable.As Classic Mini AC vents are quite rare to find, this is a really good, cheap alternative.Once all the parts are 3D printed, everything snaps together except for the middle small tab part which will require some glue to fit to the fin. Moreover, you will need to fabricate small brackets to secure the vent from the behind to the dashboard from inside.

Overall dimentions - 126.8 x 71.5 x 40.2 mm
This vent can be directly fitted to a 120mm x 66.5mm square slot on the dashboard.
Recomended materials - ABS, ASA or PETG
