This rigged hand 3d model is made in Blender and rendered in Eevee. It has clean geometry, non overlapping UV s and 4K PBR textures. The mesh and all the materials, textures and bones in the armature have unique names. The previews are shown as it is rendered, no color correction or any post processing was done. The downloadable zip contains the following:

Mesh

The hand 3d model has a clean geometry of all quads, total 1829 polygons and 1831 verticies. The mesh is available in the following three file formats, blend (source file), FBX and OBJ.

Textures

It has the following PBR texture maps:

albedo.tga 4096 x 4096 px
bump.tga 4096 x 4096 px
normal.tga 4096 x 4096 px
roughness.tga 4096 x 4096 px
translucency.tga 4096 x 4096 px

Rigging and animation

This hand 3d model is rigged, skinned and the downlloadable zip cotains three animations, hand animation, finger rotation and a horizontal turntable animation.

In the native blend file these animations can be switched through the Action Editor. In the Action Editor these three aniamtions exist serially with the following names Action_1_hand_animation, Action_2_finger_rotation and Action_3_hand_turntable.

File formats:

This 3d hand model is availble in the following three file formats, the native source file Blend and two exported file formats FBX and OBJ.

The Blend file has all the lights and camera and it can be rendered as it is shown in the previews, the rig contains both deform bones and control bones and it has bone constrains added (e.g. copy rotation, limit rotation).

The exported FBX has both the mesh and the armature with both deform bones and control bones, but it does not include Blenders native bone contrains, if bone constrains are needed it will have to be added manually after importing the FBX file.

The exported OBJ file only has the mesh.

Scene:

The scene in the source file (blend) has all the lights and camera set up and it is ready to be rendered as it is shown in the previews. While rendering the previews a subdivision surface modifier was added to the native blend file, this modifier can be enabled and disabled from the modifiers panel with a click.
